Job summary

Paycom is seeking a driven Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment. You’ll target C-suite executives, demonstrate Paycom’s HR software, and advance deals from prospecting to close, with an emphasis on high-velocity territory development.

Base pay is $100,000 with supplemental pay and uncapped commissions, plus rich benefits. This role requires travel and the ability to work in Phoenix, AZ, or nearby markets as part of a dynamic, performance‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their HR headaches.
• Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We’ll provide industry-leading training. You bring the drive to win.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
