Paycom is seeking a high-achieving Sales Rep to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will engage C-suite buyers, demonstrate HR software value, and build a robust pipeline.

This role demands drive, strategic networking, and the ability to thrive in a competitive software sales culture. Top performers can earn well into six figures with uncapped commissions; a base salary is complemented by strong benefits and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or professional selling is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales and navigating complex buying processes.
• Ability to engage multiple touchpoints across channels.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Present solutions to C-suite decision-makers and illustrate ROI.
• Build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting and follow-through.
• Develop enterprise software and modern B2B sales strategies with training.
• Travel, including overnight stays, as required.
