Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or professional selling preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales handling complex processes across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Engage C-suite decision-makers and demonstrate Paycom’s HR software solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
• Travel as required.
