Paycom Software Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment. You will directly present our HR software to C-suite executives, drive pipeline growth, and own territory from Day 1.

You will thrive on high activity, excellent persuasion, and strategic networking to exceed targets in a competitive market. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales and navigating complex multi-touchpoint processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Engage with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom solutions.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through relentless prospecting and networking.
• Become an expert in enterprise software and modern B2B sales strategy.
