Job summary

AIT Global Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive with 2–3 years of B2B software sales to drive revenue growth in Ahmedabad and Raipur. You will generate new business and manage full sales cycles from lead generation to closure, presenting software solutions to enterprise clients.

Candidates with hands-on experience selling HRMS, HR tech, payroll, or HCM software will be favored. You will build relationships with C-level executives, meet targets, and own CRM pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

2–3 years of proven B2B IT/Software/SaaS sales experience.
Experience selling HRMS, HR Tech, Payroll, or ERP is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Consultative selling: map software features to business requirements and handle objections.
Excellent English and Hindi communication; comfortable with local languages.
Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad, Raipur and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Lead generation and prospecting for enterprise/ SME clients in Ahmedabad and Raipur.
Deliver face-to-face and virtual product demonstrations tailored to client pain points (HR workflows, leave/attendance, payroll).
End-to-end sales management from qualification to contract closure.
Regional market mapping to identify high-potential accounts across key sectors.
Build relationships with C-level executives, HR heads, CFOs, and business owners.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets; maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
