Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and guide clients through the configuration of our SaaS products. You will coordinate requirements, deliver training, and work with sales, product, customer success, and support to ensure successful adoption.

This role is remote in the USA with PT hours and a focus on client outcomes, process improvement, and scalable implementations within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a client-facing implementation role, preferably SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, workshop leadership.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly and resolve challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with reporting (SSRS or PowerBI) is a plus.
• Experience with GovTech or enterprise software implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding as the primary contact and guide best practices for implementation.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects with clear plans and risk assessment.
• Configure SaaS products to meet client requirements while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate across sales, product, customer success, and technical support.
• Create and deliver training and implementation documentation for clients.
• Identify and address implementation challenges and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.
