Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a US-based team of five to six professionals delivering SaaS implementations across our evolving portfolio of solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Implementation, you’ll drive delivery excellence, coach your team, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and Technical Operations, managing risk, aligning priorities, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS onboarding/implementation experience.
• 2+ years managing a delivery team.
• Experience with enterprise customers and communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding and implementation professionals responsible for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, provide actionable feedback, and help team members meet standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of active implementations, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive timely delivery.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and customer communication.
• Serve as project leader for strategic, multi-product implementations across teams and geographies.
