Job summary

First Advantage Global operating Centre is seeking a Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to lead customer onboarding from discovery through go-live, translating requirements into scalable business solutions.

This 100% remote role requires US-based candidates with up to 25% travel. You will align teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success to drive time-to-revenue while ensuring quality and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Discovery, requirements gathering, and scoping to translate complex needs into actionable plans.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary, client-facing projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to negotiate, influence through data, and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.
• Translate integrations, APIs and data exchange concepts into business implications and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from discovery through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Turn customer requirements into scalable, supportable solutions and guide best-practice decisions.
• Orchestrate delivery across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success; resolve blockers.
• Lead integration planning and testing; coding not required but strong technical fluency is essential.
• Drive go-live progress and first revenue while managing scope creep and risks.
