Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• Proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales and quota-carrying roles.
• Strong ability to engage C-level executives and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and close new business in assigned Eastern Michigan territory.
• Lead product demonstrations to C-level executives and VP level buyers.
• Draft proposals, quotes, and contracts per Tenna procedures.
• Travel up to 70% and prospect via phone, email, tradeshows, and events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned to quarterly plans.
