Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Regional Account Executive for Western Michigan, responsible for hunting and closing new business within a defined territory. You will prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and pipelines.

You will travel up to 70% and speak with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based staff, developing tailored micro-strategies for each prospect and driving revenue growth in a dynamic, fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• 7+ years’ experience managing all sales-cycle activities including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns acquisition of new business for defined geographic territories and/or states.
• Leads product demonstrations to prospective customers, in-person or virtual.
• Drafts proposals, quotes, and contracts following Tenna’s procedures.
• Negotiates contracts and closes deals with strategic micro-strategies for each prospect.
• Creates outbound communications using CRM and analyzes results.
• Travel up to 70% to meet prospects and advance the sales process.
