Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new logos and large deals using the One Paychex HCM platform across defined territories. You will prospect, qualify, demo, and close with executive stakeholders in a structured selling environment.

You will partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad channel ecosystem to maximize deal size and accelerate growth, while earning accelerators across modules and a high-commission plan.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 5 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Build bundled solutions across the One Paychex Portfolio.
• Partner with engineers, RevOps, and broker networks.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control.
