Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business across defined territories. You will handle end-to-end sales from executive prospecting through discovery, demos, and closing high-impact deals.

You will build value across our One Paychex portfolio, partnering with engineers and a large broker network to accelerate opportunities and close with discipline and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience or complex B2B sales.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio including PEO, HR Solutions, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps and a large broker network in a GTM team-selling environment.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
