Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced enterprise salesperson to own a defined territory and close net-new business in a high-growth environment. You will work within a structured sales framework to build pipelines, engage senior economic buyers, and close complex deals across Paychex’s broad HCM portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories.
• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio (PEO, HR, payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps and broker relationships in GTM team-selling.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
