Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business across defined territories (100 to 5,000+ employees) using the One Paychex portfolio. You’ll run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, engaging economic buyers and multi-stakeholder teams.

You’ll partner with solutions engineers, RevOps, and broker relationships to accelerate deals, own your pipeline, and meet aggressive quotas in a fast-growing, AI-assisted environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• 3 years in the HCM industry is preferred.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio while earning accelerators on attached modules.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker network in a team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through the close.
