Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience analyzing and responding to technical, functional, security, or integration requirements in RFPs or similar documents.
• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, client-focused proposal content.
• Ability to translate software concepts and business processes into accessible language.
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify requirements, sources, gaps, and escalation needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality-control standards.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities for multiple proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word and working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.
• Knowledge of payment processing concepts and related security/compliance aspects.
• Familiarity with responsible use of generative AI in proposals and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide concise analysis of RFx and contribute to bid/no bid decisions.
• Own analysis and completion of technical/functional questions for Enterprise Payments RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Interpret complex requirements to determine needs, detail level, compliance considerations, and response strategy.
• Develop accurate, persuasive, and deployment-specific responses on product functionality and integrations.
• Validate responses against product docs, releases, and SME guidance.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and writers to align content with strategy, priorities, and win themes.
