Qualifikationen

• Experience writing clear, persuasive proposal content.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide concise analysis of RFx and contribute to bid decisions.
• Own analysis of technical and functional questions for RFPs.
• Interpret ambiguous requirements and determine response strategy.
• Develop accurate, persuasive responses addressing product functionality and security.
• Validate responses against product docs, demos, and SME guidance.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and writers to align with strategy.
• Coordinate with product, security, compliance, and sales for timely answers.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, or exceptions; escalate as needed.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Manage multiple proposals and deadlines with quality output.
• Participate in planning, kickoff, and review meetings.
• Maintain Enterprise Payments product knowledge through demos and training.
• Advise team on content applicability and tailoring needs.
• Capture and reuse approved responses for future proposals.
• Develop and maintain reusable library content for common questions.
• Organize content with metadata and search terms for reuse.
• Review library content to remove outdated or duplicate items.
• Track requirements, gaps, and content freshness to improve processes.
• Contribute to evolving content processes, standards, and training.
• Assist with project management during capacity demands.
