Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, sales enablement, or deadline-driven roles.
• Experience with technology, payments, or public sector procurement preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills for customer-focused language.
• Ability to parse complex solicitation requirements and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and accountability for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling boilerplate and narratives in collaboration with SMEs.
• Coordinate end-to-end proposals from kickoff to final submission.
• Manage schedules, assignments, deadlines, and document tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, product, marketing, legal, and security teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders early.
• Create and maintain reusable content and proposal archives.
• Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Support non-Enterprise Payments proposals when capacity allows.
