Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, or deadline-driven roles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-focused language.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Enterprise Payments solutions, buyers, competitors, and market trends to support responses.
• Coordinate end-to-end proposals from kickoff to final submission, track schedules and deadlines.
• Analyze requirements, establish outlines and compliance framework, and ensure all submission elements are addressed.
• Collaborate with Sales, product management, marketing, legal, and others to gather inputs and resolve issues.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and escalate when needed.
• Develop compelling boilerplate and narratives aligned with opportunity requirements.
• Create and maintain reusable content and knowledge repositories for efficiency.
• Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Support broader RFP work when capacity allows.
