Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Proposal Analyst to collaborate with development stakeholders to analyze and respond to functional requirements for Enterprise Payments RFx. You will write accurate, compliant, and persuasive responses reflecting the capabilities of the proposed solution.

You will own analyses for technical and functional questions across RFQs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, coordinating with SMEs to ensure timely, win-oriented proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field or comparable experience.
• Experience analyzing and responding to technical, functional, security, or integration requirements in RFPs or similar documents.
• Strong proposal writing and editing skills with client-focused content.
• Ability to translate software concepts into clear customer-facing language.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides concise initial analysis of RFx to contribute to bid/no bid conversations.
• Owns analysis and completion of technical and functional questions for Enterprise Payments RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Interprets complex requirements to determine needs, detail level, compliance considerations, and response strategy.
• Develops accurate, persuasive responses addressing product functionality, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Validates responses against product docs, demos, and SME guidance.
• Collaborates with proposal teams to align technical content with overall strategy.
