Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience supporting payments, fintech, enterprise software, or public-sector software.
• Experience analyzing and responding to technical, functional, security, or integration requirements in RFPS/RSIs.
• Ability to translate software concepts into customer-facing language.
• Strong analytical and research skills with source validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-control standards.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word; working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides concise, structured initial analysis of RFx to contribute to bid/no bid conversations.
• Owns analysis and completion of assigned technical and functional questions for Enterprise Payments RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and related sales documents.
• Interprets complex customer requirements to determine underlying need and compliance considerations.
• Develops accurate, thorough, persuasive responses addressing product functionality, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Validates proposed responses against product documentation, demonstrations, and SME guidance.
• Collaborates with proposal managers, specialists, and writers to align responses with strategy and customer priorities.
• Coordinates with product management, information security, compliance, and sales to obtain timely, approved answers.
• Identifies requirements involving gaps, dependencies, or contractual considerations and escalates as needed.
• Reviews and edits proposal content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance.
• Manages multiple proposals and deadlines while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
• Participates in proposal planning, kickoff, review, and solutioning meetings to understand the proposed solution and environment.
• Maintains current product knowledge by attending demonstrations and internal trainings.
• Advises team on applicability of existing content and tailors responses as needed.
• Captures new responses for reuse in content libraries and maintains reusable library content.
• Organizes library content with consistent titles, metadata, keywords, and search terms.
• Reviews library content to resolve outdated or duplicative responses and prioritize updates.
• Tracks recurring requirements and content reuse to drive process improvements.
• Contributes to evolving proposal processes, standards, and team training.
• When capacity demands, assists with proposal project management and functional checklists for other products.
