Job summary

Fetch is seeking an organized Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily property portfolios and enterprise clients. You will lead end-to-end implementation, including data migration, software integrations, and staff training, ensuring SLA standards and rapid adoption across new portfolios.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and scalable SOPs, with the option to work remotely and grow the onboarding function over time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
• Track record of leading enterprise or multi-location rollouts from handoff to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for newly contracted properties and regional rollouts from sales handoff through 90 days after launch.
• Coordinate technical setup, data migrations, and integrations with property management systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for Regional Managers, Property Managers, and onsite staff.
