Job summary

Fetch is a PropTech company helping multifamily real estate partners optimize property operations, resident retention, and portfolio performance. We seek an onboarding specialist to guide new properties from handoff through 90 days, coordinating setup, data migration, and integrations while delivering training to property teams.

You will drive adoption, build SOPs, and ensure live deployments meet SLAs in a remote-friendly, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing enterprise rollouts and building SOPs.
• Strong organization, communication, and CRM skills (Salesforce, etc.)
