Job summary

FMG Suite is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager to own end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams across design, development, and BD migrations to deliver on time and in scope.

You will lead a growing team of Enterprise Onboarding Specialists, build repeatable playbooks, and drive AI-assisted delivery while maintaining strong client relationships with senior stakeholders in financial services and wealth management.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience managing complex client implementations onboarding or software delivery programs.
• Proven end-to-end program ownership with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience managing enterprise or home office stakeholders, including senior ones.
• People leadership experience or readiness for it.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of every assigned enterprise implementation.
• Build and maintain the project plan, milestone sequence and log weekly status.
• Coordinate FMG subject matter experts into client conversations and ensure value delivery.
• Lead the Enterprise Onboarding Specialists and set the standard for quality.
• Develop templates, trackers and repeatable playbooks for future programs.
• Lead AI-first delivery adoption and ensure documentation is used by the team.
