Job summary

Pleo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to own a portfolio of large enterprise customers across Europe and the UK. You will oversee onboarding from start to finish, aligning with internal teams to configure Pleo to customers' needs and drive adoption.

You’ll work with finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and measurable outcomes, while maintaining strong relationships and managing multiple onboarding projects.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct mid-market or enterprise onboarding experience.
• Five+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advisors.
• Align project timelines, scope, resources, and integrations.
• Configure Pleo for users, activations, limits, and compliance.
• Collaborate with customer teams and internal groups to ensure onboarding success.
• Drive user adoption and gather customer feedback for improvements.
