We seek an onboarding specialist to guide new properties from handoff through 90 days, coordinating setup, data migration, and integrations while delivering training to property teams.

You will drive adoption, build SOPs, and ensure live deployments meet SLAs in a remote-friendly, customer-centric culture.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing enterprise rollouts and building SOPs.
• Strong organization, communication, and CRM skills (Salesforce, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding for newly contracted properties, from sales handoff through the first 90 days.
• Coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations with property management systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for property teams and drive adoption.
