Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Director for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. This role targets multifamily owners and property management groups with portfolios spanning locations, managed by inbound and our sales development team.

You will close complex deals, coordinate with owners and regional operators, and expand services as accounts sign. This is a high-impact, solo-contributor sales seat with a large quota.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
