Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Head of Sales for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals from initial contact to signed contracts. You will close high-value portfolios with owners and regional operators, often spanning multiple locations, with strategic input from our team.

You will manage full-cycle sales for multi-location accounts, and expansion comes from a single signed deal that covers the group. This is a remote role across the USA or Canada, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ per year on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to navigate long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Expand: add more locations and services once a group signs.
