Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own the full cycle on large, multi-location deals from discovery to close. Deals span 3 to 12 months and involve owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.

As an individual contributor, you will leverage inbound leads and meetings booked by the SDR team to close high-value portfolios in the US and Canada, expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefers closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large multifamily deals from discovery to close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Expand: more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
