Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. The role is an individual contributor position with a $2M annual quota, remote across the USA or Canada.

Lead deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand portfolios across locations. You will close high-value opportunities in a strategic, multi-stakeholder process and work with our team to craft

Qualifications

• Must have track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after closing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to construct winning proposals.
