Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a remote setup for the USA or Canada.

You will handle strategic portfolios and drive the closure of high-value deals across locations. Our role emphasizes long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers and expansion opportunities across more locations and services once a group signs.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
