This remote role targets multifamily owners and property management groups with a $2M annual quota and requires closing complex multi-stakeholder opportunities across locations.

You will work without direct reports, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic growth, with inbound leads and a short cycle for each location group.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or related multi-location buyers.
• Able to navigate long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand deals to cover more locations and services as groups sign.
