Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a DEX Sales Specialist to support Americas sales with deep DEX expertise. This specialist overlay role accelerates revenue by helping AEs, SDRs, and Channel partners identify opportunities, conduct high-quality discovery, and articulate TeamViewer’s DEX value.

You will coach sellers, shape PoV cycles, and represent TeamViewer at regional events to drive pipeline growth in the Americas. 5+ years in relevant SaaS roles and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS, Digital Workplace, EUC, IT Operations, or DEX-related sales/technical sales role.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers.
• Confident communicator with C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs, SDRs, and Channel sellers to identify DEX pipeline across the Americas region.
• Join discovery and qualification calls to translate customer pain points into DEX use cases.
• Provide specialist coaching on DEX messaging and value articulation.
• Shape and run Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with defined success criteria.
• Support end-to-end sales cycles to move opportunities forward with DEX expertise.
• Coach on MEDDPICC, value frameworks, and DEX qualification.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to embed DEX in pipeline strategies.
• Represent TeamViewer at events to drive awareness and opportunities.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and decision-makers.
