NuAxis Innovations seeks a skilled Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for federal users, systems, and tools. You will own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate incidents within defined SLAs, communicating clearly with customers and IT teams.

You will support accounts, VPN, M365, Windows and Mac devices, printers, and end-user tools, while contributing to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HDI Analyst Certification (e.g., CSA, SCA, DST, or equivalent) required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.

• Provide remote and deskside computer support through phone, email, chat, and other approved channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely customer status updates.
