Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a talented and motivated Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise IT support for Federal Government users, systems, and workplace tools.

The role owns, tracks, troubleshoots, documents, resolves, and escalates incidents within SLAs, maintaining clear customer communication and contributing to improved service delivery.

Qualifications

• HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of enterprise IT support experience in large network environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Maintain SLA-driven updates and proactively escalate unresolved issues.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create and update support documentation and SOPs.
