Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users and workstations. The role manages incidents, documents resolutions, and collaborates with IT teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
CompTIA A+ certification required within 90 days of hire.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide customers with timely status updates.
Support user accounts, VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS devices, and enterprise tools.
Create and maintain IT support documentation.
