Job summary

NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide both remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, and tools. You will own and escalate IT incidents, maintain clear customer communication, and help improve service delivery through documented procedures.

The role requires HDI Analyst Certification within 10 business days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days. Experience with Active Directory, VPN, M365, and ITSM is preferred.

Qualifications

• HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents.
• Maintain SLAs with timely customer updates and escalation when needed.
• Support accounts, VPN, M365, Windows/Mac devices, and printers.
• Create and maintain helpful desk procedures and knowledge articles.
