NuAxis Innovations is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide enterprise IT support for federal government users, systems, and tools from a centralized location in Amarillo, TX. The role emphasizes incident tracking, resolution within SLAs, and clear customer communication.

You will manage accounts, VPN, 365, Windows and Mac devices, and collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification – required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and deskside computer support.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely customer status updates.
• Support user accounts, VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows workstations, Mac devices, and printers.
• Respond to alerts and escalations, collaborate with IT support groups, identify recurring issues.
• Create, update, and retire help desk documentation as needed.
