Job summary

NuAxis Innovations seeks a talented Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, applications, and endpoint technologies. You will own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents within SLAs, maintaining clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of enterprise end-user support experience in a large network.
• HDI Analyst Certification and CompTIA A+ certification required within specified timelines.
• Experience with ITIL Foundations or related frameworks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other approved channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 accounts and devices.
• Create, update, and retire help desk documentation.
