Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Change Manager to develop and execute change strategies for strategic initiatives. You will establish a mature enterprise Change Management practice, define the operating model, and oversee a Business Change & Support Team across multiple regions.

The role requires experience in planning, executing, and governing change programs, with strong stakeholder management and proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or demonstrated experience in change management roles.
• Experience leading enterprise change programs across multiple regions/countries.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery environments and change tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and mature an enterprise Change Management practice.
• Develop and maintain enterprise change management policies, methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools.
• Lead the Business Change & Support Team to align resources with business needs.
• Design and execute activities to support change adoption across the business.
