Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Specialist to lead end-to-end change efforts from design through implementation, focusing on people impact, adoption, and organization-wide readiness.

The role delivers structured methodologies, coordinates with leaders, and ensures minimal disruption while maximizing end-user utilization and alignment with business goals. Hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in development and delivery of communications.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prosci change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate how change will affect the organization, including processes, people and systems.
• Build a strategy aligned with goals and outline transition plans with stakeholders.
• Gain commitment from stakeholders and communicate the vision clearly.
• Create tailored plans: Stakeholder, Communications, Training.
• Identify resistance and build strategies to address it.
• Collaborate with Leaders to prepare teams for adoption.
• Track progress and measure effectiveness with feedback loops.
• Embed change in culture and practices for sustainability.
• Design and manage key change communications with project sponsors.
• Conduct impact analyses and readiness surveys with recommendations.
