Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Project Manager (Enterprise Voice Change & Deployment) to coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, and recovery across multiple lines of business in a on-site role in Charlotte, NC, with reach to Richmond, VA and Jacksonville, FL.

You will balance technical requirements with milestone delivery, manage resources in a matrix environment, and present progress and risks to senior leaders while maintaining stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years delivering technology projects with governance/change management and delivery.
• Strong telecom deliverables knowledge including Cisco, IPC and NICE voice technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and senior leader presentation skills.
• Adaptive learning and proficient use of Microsoft productivity tools, with occasional evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources within and across business lines with matrix management.
• Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery.
• Define, evaluate, and plan effective solutions for project problems.
• Identify and mitigate issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Present project progress and issues with potential solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and evolving priorities.
• Maintain inventory and project records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones.
