Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Change Specialist to lead organizational change management for enterprise platforms, guiding teams to adopt new systems and processes. You will shape communication plans and training across FSM, ERP, and HCM initiatives in a dynamic program environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in Change Management and 2+ years in Change Communications, with strong MS Office skills. This full-time role reports to the OCM Lead and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in change management, strategic communications, or a relevant field.
• 2–3+ years in Change Management and 2+ years in Change Communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and project teams to ensure change management efforts are effective.
• Develop and implement change management and communications strategies for the program.
• Communicate with stakeholders about the process and align with organizational goals.
• Guide design and delivery of training programs supporting change.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change strategies and KPIs.
