Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Release Train Engineer / Agile Program Delivery Lead to drive delivery across a large, global transformation program. You will coordinate US- and India-based teams, manage cross-team dependencies, and lead scrum-of-scrums for a Lead-to-Cash initiative spanning order management to cash application.

You’ll partner with technical and business leaders to maintain clarity, establish delivery structure, and ensure sustained progress across a complex, multi-year program.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology programs and agile release trains.
• Proven success in multi-team transformation initiatives across global teams.
• Strong Agile practices, dependency management, release planning, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating Scrum Masters and cross-functional delivery pods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum-of-scrums across multiple workstreams and delivery pods.
• Establish and improve program-level Agile delivery practices, ceremonies and governance.
• Coordinate sprint planning, PI planning, release planning, retrospectives and reviews.
• Coach delivery teams and Scrum Masters on Agile accountability and execution.
• Identify gaps, risks and blockers; provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies and decisions to leadership.
