Everforth Apex is seeking a Project Manager for a contract role to lead business transformation initiatives, focusing on customer onboarding and commercialization processes, including ERP integration. You will organize multiple workstreams, coordinate with other PMs, and provide leadership with status updates.

The role requires strong project management experience, ability to influence without authority, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or business transformation roles.
• Strong project management background with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience producing executive and board-level communications and updates.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira or Asana for tracking progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams in tandem.
• Own PM for initiatives improving customer onboarding and commercialization.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly leadership updates.
• Coordinate with PMs to document workstreams and align across initiatives.
• Drive business process transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across departments for adoption of improved processes.
• Manage project execution from scoping to implementation, including timelines and risk mitigation.
