Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Enterprise Change Enablement Manager to oversee organization-wide change efforts, partnering with Project Management and business leaders to embed change strategies into initiatives. This remote role requires collaboration across departments and occasional travel.

You will lead planning, readiness assessments, communications, learning, and leadership engagement, ensuring adoption of new systems and processes. The role may supervise change resources as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading organizational change or enterprise transformation.
• Experience partnering with project management teams on complex initiatives.
• Experience developing change plans with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to integrate change management into project delivery.
• Assess organizational impacts and readiness; develop comprehensive change plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and business leaders; provide coaching.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, planning sessions, and change workshops.
• Maintain enterprise change management standards, tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Measure outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
