Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning multiple functions and regions. You will ensure organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption in fast-moving environments.

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, anticipate risk, and drive clarity through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Lead complex, cross-functional forums with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Translate evolving strategies into executable change plans with measurable outcomes.
• Anticipate resistance, dependencies, and priorities across concurrent initiatives.
• Apply program discipline while adapting to organizational readiness and change saturation.
• Communicate clearly to executive, management, and contributor audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for large initiatives with broad organizational reach.
• Design and execute integrated change strategies: engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, adoption.
• Tailor approaches to regional nuances while maintaining enterprise alignment.
• Identify change risks and mitigation strategies to support sustained adoption.
• Embed change management best practices from planning through post-implementation stabilization.
• Align leadership, teams, and behaviors to strategic objectives to enable execution.
• Ensure change strategies support operational efficiency, customer experience, speed to value, and scalability.
• Partner with initiative owners to shape program design through a change lens.
