Job summary

Municipal Credit Union (MCU) is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to establish and continuously improve enterprise change enablement across the PMO. You will develop scalable standards, assess impact and readiness, and advise project teams to ensure successful adoption and governance across the portfolio.

The role partners with business leaders, HR, Marketing, and external vendors, delivering targeted support for high-impact initiatives and building reusable playbooks and tools for sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in organizational change management, change enablement, transformation, portfolio management, communications, training, or related roles; financial institution experience preferred.
• Proven ability to establish or improve change management frameworks, standards, tools, governance, and scalable delivery models.
• Experience advising project teams and leaders on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the PMO change enablement framework, standards, tools, templates, governance requirements, and minimum deliverables.
• Define a scalable approach that aligns change enablement requirements to initiative impact, complexity, risk, audience size, and vendor involvement.
• Develop practical assessment criteria and guidance for identifying stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, and interventions.
• Monitor adherence to standards and recommend improvements based on portfolio experience and lessons learned.
• Provide advisory support, quality review, tools, and coaching to project and program teams developing change plans and materials.
• Equip leaders and change champions to communicate expectations and reinforce desired behaviors.
