Calculated Hire is seeking a Change Enablement Consultant to drive adoption of organizational changes across projects in the Tampa area. You will focus on people, processes, systems, and technology, partnering with HR and leadership to develop strategies and plans that ensure successful adoption.

You will lead change across multiple projects, conduct impact analyses, develop communications and training materials, and monitor progress.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Public Relations, or related field.
• ACMP Practitioner certification or similar preferred.
• 3 years related experience supporting organizational change initiatives with significant change management accountability.
• Experience with large-scale initiatives and advanced consulting, influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change on multiple projects, including large-scale and transformational initiatives.
• Partner with HR to develop change strategies and plans.
• Develop and execute change enablement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Develop communications and training plans to raise adoption.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate resources.
• Support enterprise change enablement program with leadership.
