Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 15+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Significant experience in organizational change management and enterprise transformation
• Experience leading the people side of cross-functional transformation
• Experience translating strategy into executable priorities and executive communications
• Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent change management certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide change management leadership across broad areas of an organization
• Serve as change enablement project manager on complex initiatives
• Develop project plans with change enablement strategies and milestones
• Create communications and materials to support change adoption and training
• Advise leaders on sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and accountability for adoption
• Identify barriers and partner with leaders to align transformation priorities with outcomes
