Job summary

Municipal Credit Union seeks a Change Enablement Lead to establish and continuously improve enterprise change practices across the PMO. You will develop scalable standards, tools, and governance, assess portfolio readiness, and advise project teams on stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.

The role reports to the Director of PMO, collaborates with HR, Marketing, and leaders, and supports high-impact initiatives with targeted change support while enabling informed portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational change, business administration, communications, human resources, project management or related field.
• Five+ years of organizational change management, change enablement, transformation, portfolio management, communications or training.
• Experience establishing or improving change management frameworks, standards, tools, governance, and scalable delivery models.
• Ability to assess organizational impacts, readiness, adoption risks, and dependencies across a portfolio.
• Strong analytical, writing, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the PMO change enablement framework, standards, tools, templates, governance requirements, and deliverables.
• Define scalable change enablement approaches aligned to initiative impact, complexity, risk, audience size, and vendor involvement.
• Develop guidance to identify stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, and interventions.
• Embed change requirements into project intake, charters, plans, milestones, RAID logs, stage gates, and governance reporting.
• Monitor adherence and propose improvements based on portfolio experience and adoption results.
• Provide enterprise guidance and reusable standards for engagement, communications, and training.
